My plan was to Hike to the Summit with the group but the wind at the time on the lower ground was EXTREMELY strong, nearly blowing us over! I made the call there and then NOT to head up the gully at lough Curra to the summit, such is the reality of life on the hills, none the less, it allowed for cool pictures, good craic and as always, banter🤣🤣

Guys/Girls, people of the world!

On April 10th, I will be guiding a walk to the summit of Galteemore, Irelands 5th highest peak, and the the highest inland peak on the Island of Ireland.
Standing at 919m and situated on the Limerick/Tipperary boarder, this is one of my favourite places to Hike. It offers spectacular views from bottom to top and memorable moments that you will cherish forever, after all, isn't that what life's about? Memories?
