Position Description
The function of the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is to provide direct support to the EMEA marketing organization to qualify marketing leads and move them down the sales funnel, as well as to support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Radware customers to ensure that the EMEA sales organization meets its growth targets. The ISR takes an active role in ongoing customer coverage programs and promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Work with the Regional Director to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Be able to qualify a lead from start to finish. Perform the initial contact on cold leads, identify decision makers within targeted leads, recognize opportunities, and schedule meetings for RSMs.
• Support all marketing programs by qualifying prospects leads, generated from websites, events, campaigns, and ad hoc.
• Handle in-bound inquiries, verifying and entering information, answer immediate potential customers' needs.
• Prospecting:
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail for upgrades and updates.
• Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history.
• Lead Management and Administration:
• Ensure follow-up on leads after being qualified and then passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
• Upload leads into the CRM system; maintain and expand the company's database of prospects and leads using different search engines.
