১৯ শে মে আমরা দেহরাদুন থেকে শুরু করছি আমাদের পরবর্তী পর্বতযাত্রা, আমরা চলেছি ধুমধারকান্দি পাস| উত্তরাখন্ডের এই ১৮০০০ ফুট উচ্চতার পাস অবশ্যই চ্যালেন্জিং এবং ঝুঁকি পূর্ন, তাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই| কিন্তু পর্বতপ্রেমি পর্বতারহী বন্ধুদের জন্য এরকম আকর্ষনীয়, রোমহর্ষক ট্রেক অবশ্যই হাতছানি দেয়| তাই পর্বতের ডাকে চলেছি তার কাছে| আমরা আপাতত ১১ জন| আরও দু চার জন চাইলে আমাদের সাথে যোগ দিতেই পারেন| মোট ১২ দিনের এই ট্রেকে|

On 19th May we are starting our next trek from Dehradun, we are going to Dhumdharkandi Pass. This 18000 feet high pass in Uttarakhand is definitely challenging and full of risks, no doubt. But for mountain-loving mountaineers, such fascinating, exhilarating treks are definitely worth a try. So I went to him with the call of the mountain We are currently 11 people. Two or four more people can join us if they want a total of 12 days in this trek.

In Ladakh, you never know what surprise nature has in store for you. Pangong Lake, situated at a height of almost 4,350m, is the world’s highest saltwater lake. Its water, which seems to be dyed in blue, stand in stark contrast to the arid mountains surrounding it. Extending to almost 160km, one-third of the Pangong Lake lies in India and the other two-thirds in China. Pangong Lake, one of the most famous lakes in Leh Ladakh, derives its name from the Tibetan word, “Pangong Tso”, which means “high grassland lake”. You could spend hours in contemplation here, and still not have enough of its beauty. Pangong Lake is also known to change colors, appearing blue, green and red at different times. If you have decided to go on a trip to Ladakh anytime soon, don’t forget to visit the Pangong Lake. The beauty which awaits you there cannot be described in words.
