Münüshkör or the Golden Eagle Hunter 🦅
A traditional way of hunting amongst the nomads of the Kazak and Kyrgyzs region - these hunters ride on horsebacks and hunt with their trained eagles. A tradition very close to the nomadic community of Kyrgyzstan.

Story time! When we decided to explore the southern part of Africa last month, we’d pretty much had South Africa and Namibia sorted.

Botswana was quite last minute for us as we were able to squeeze another 8-9 days into our plan.
This meant; we had little time to plan it, book accommodations, meetings etc. We were winging it! 🤙🏽

We camped in campsites available - usually the ones furthest into the jungle, we got hooked up with a good car (thankfully), we planned the activities as we went along and we tried to figure different routes than the usual- on the go!

In hindsight, we wouldn’t have had it any other way. We got to discover places difficult to get to but out of this world, cook our own wonky meals, meet some fantastic people, do activities and experience things which we hadn’t planned for and watch the Botswanan sunset every-single-day

We can’t wait to take you here 🚗📍

PS: It was hard to do a post on Botswana with no animals, but here’s to showing that there is so much more to the country! 🤍
