Girish, the Managing Director of Nila Homes has a robust experience spanning almost two decades in the field of development of Prime Real Estate. His career commenced with the Brunei International Airport where he played a key role in the development of its infrastructure with a session spanning to a decade of dedicated service. Coinciding with his brief stint of International exposure and experience, Mr. Girish ventured into the field of Real Estate development in the State commencing with direct involvement in the ex*****on of Villa Projects on a contractual basis which spanned for a period of four years along with another eight years of enriched experience in the Real Estate Industry handling various Commercial and Residential Projects in multiple locations, all with the theme - Quality, Dedication, Workmanship and Commitment. Sathish acting in the capacity as a Director in Nila Homes is an entrepreneur by profession with a background experience of Twenty years in the hospitality industry. His association with people from various walks of life during this period and the knowledge and experience gained through his travels and interaction with known names in the Business and International community paved the way for his success. Later on, moving into the field of Real Estate development provided him with a much enriched experience in this sector which eventually paved the way for launching his own organization christened Phoenix Villa Projects in North Paravur with a maiden venture – Nook Villas. Providing elegant yet affordable housing options to the urbanites and working class is the primary objective says Mr. Jose Mampilly, the 2nd Director of Nila Homes too comes with a background of adequate experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry. Basically a Technologist with the Petroleum Industry, he gradually shifted his expertise over to the ever increasing requirement for housing. Theoretically speaking, this may sound strange with both the professions being on different platforms. However, his interest in the housing sector provided him with the enthusiasm to pursue his career in this field of operations and after securing his degree in Civil Engineering from one of the most reputed Universities in India, began his full fledged involvement in this sector.
