Sanyas - I is Kiran Borker from Hyderabad who has been representing Monkey Sound System since 2012. Sanyas - I has been passionate about Dub, Reggae, Dancehall and its various Caribbean subgenres and been mentored by some of the pioneers in the Indian Reggae scene such as Dakta Dub and General Zooz to push the frontiers of reggae music in India. erans, Sanyas - I delivers a scintillating mixture of Indian style combined with Reggae culture -a truly unique combination stemming from the suburban Indian underground but reflecting a cosmic spiritual vibe. Sanyas - I's unique selections travel from old school to new school reggae music, a diverse combination which encompasses various record labels from around the world. Also stinting as an MC, he has been working for various events/festivals around India such as the now famous Goa Reggae Sunsplash. Sanyas-I's vocals offer a niche blend of Hindi, English and Jamaican Patois. He was also featured in Boxout social sessions that happens regularly in Antisocial, Mumbai. Having been regularly performing in Mumbai at one of the most happening Carribean nights called Tuneup Thursdays at Raasta Bombay, Sanyas-I is yet to begin his Winter tour in Goa this season. In Sanyas-I's sets, one can expect a chilled out original Rastafarian vibe with smooth vocals, classic reggae and dubbed out beats. It's been another blessed season in goa, so many up & downs, love, heartbreaks, new friends, new discoveries, new way of living and learning and yet we come to the end of the season,

Where i would be leaving back all the memories like the snake skin and moving ahed into a new phase of life, into the heights, into the valleys, into freshness, into meditation and more.

It's been very difficult for me to be on social media and match the need of the trending reels, but pictures will speak a lot.

Big thanks to everyone involved in my life & beyond, i love you all from my deepest of heart.
