These are the terms and conditions that will be applicable to the rates provided towards the end of the document:
1. The kilometers and hours charged would start from and end at our rental office.
3. Unless the quote given is all inclusive, charges for additional kms, toll, parking and states taxes will be paid directly to the driver by the customer.
4. If the car is booked online using our Itinerary Planner, and there is no car available in that car category, you will be given the option of changing the car category. The charges will be for the car category that you will choose.
5. For big bookings (conferences/events etc), we will provide you with a separate customized quote. The above provided rates might not be applicable.
6. There will be a convenience charge of 2% on the Invoice amount if Credit Card is used for the payment.
7. Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 24 hours before the trip takes place. In case of cancellation, charge for the first day will be billed. In case of no show, a charge of 20% of the total amount that the trip was booked for or charge for the first day, whichever of the two is more, will be billed for the trip. The charge for the first day will be calculated as follows:
a. If an outstation trip was planned on the first day, charge will be for minimum outstation kilometers and driver allowance for one day as applicable for the pickup city. If local trip was planned on the first day, the charge will be for the entire local trip as scheduled for that day.
