Cancellation policy
A) 50% reservation-advance is no-refundable in case of total cancellation. However camping can be rescheduled upto next one year if cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time.
B) 50% reservation-advance is adjustable (In the final payment) in case of partial cancellation if partial cancellation is made 24 hours before check-in time, Else guest has to pay full amount.
C) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and cancellations are made 24 hours before the check-in time, then 50% of total amount will be charged as cancellation fees and remaining 50% amount will be refunded within 5 working days. If guest fail to cancel booking before 24 Hrs then guest has to pay Full amount.
D) If the guest has fully paid for the booking and partial cancellation is made 24 hours before the check-in time, then adjustment will made in the final payment Else no refund will be provided.
How to reach :
Once you book for varasgav lake camping, you will get a google map location of the specific campsite in the confirmation message. That location is 100% accurate and you have to follow it while traveling. Just make sure that the GPS is turned ON in your mobile. You will also get the contact number of varasgavtents coordinator of the specific campsite. If you want assistance while traveling or have any special request then call the coordinator.
