How to Get from Rome to Civitavecchia?
There are 2 ways to get to Civitavecchia from Rome:
1. By train. It is the most convenient and cheapest option. You can buy train tickets at Termini Rome Station at ticket desks or ticket machines. One way ticket costs 5 euro. Duration of journey is about 1 hour and 20 minutes. However, do not expect punctuality from Rome’s public transportation and regional trains. And remember that From Civitavecchia Train Station you have to get to the Cruise Terminal. You should take a local bus which costs 2 euros. And then take a free shuttle bus to your cruise ship.
2. Or you can choose a Private transfer which costs 130 euros for a one-way trip.
However, it is the most comfortable way to reach your cruise ship and enjoy your journey with maximum comfort.
