This apartment offer many amenities and spaces that respond to the need of those who want to feel at home even away from home. Three spacious room that can be used as single or double and one more room with a comfortable single bed (1,2 mt) and two bathroom: one with tub and shower, tumble drier, washing machine and ironing board, the other with a dressing room with two sinks and hair drier and a full bathroom with shower. A bright living room with led TV, home theater, CD-DVD player, two comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious table will allow you to enjoy relaxing moments. Every room are equipped with air conditioner. Free internet WI-FI connection is everywhere!The apartment is easily reachable by car because it is outside the camera ZTL (limited traffic zone), by public transport (you can take just one bus) or 10-15 minute from the central station of Santa Maria Novella.Ponte Vecchio is about at 15 minute walk along the river. The price included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towel, internet and initial cleaning. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign the agreement and leave a cash deposit of 150 EUR as a guarantee. The tourist tax (2,5 EUR / person / night up to 7 nights, over the age of 12 years) may not be included. Ask in advance. If agreed, check in/out between 19,30 pm and 21,00 pm or after 21,00 pm might ask an extra payment (20-30 euros). Dear guest, i would like to inform you about some details concerning the use of appliances and the regulation of the building on which I invite you to do everything possible to respect them.
1) The windows close very well. For this reason, to promote the exchange of the air and your wellness, I suggest to open every day the windows for few minute in every room. Also in the bathroom especially after the shower.
2) When you cooking, swich on the extractor fan. Otherwise the smells and fumes will spread in the apartment.
3) Do not leave the blinds without lock. In case of windy days, may break and fall on the road.
4) Switch off light and air conditioning when not needed. No smoking.
5)Throw only toilet paper in the toilet. Other materials may create occlusions.
6) Avoid, if possible, to use the washing machine or dishwasher in the absence of people in the house for a long period. If there was a loss of water no one could turn off the water.
7) Avoid the noise between 23:00 and 8:00. In particular, avoid using the washing machine, the washer-dryer and dishwasher.
8) Thank you for your understanding if something does not work well. I do my best to keep everything in good condition, but sometimes somethinks may slip.
9) In case of any problems or malfunctions please report them as soon as possible. Sometimes the apartment that you will find is that the previous guests had left.
