In the Great rift Valley Escarpment, a small forest popularly known as Maji moto, looms a small giant in its own right know as Table Mountain. This is because from afar it looks like a table. It overlooks lake Elementaita and its environs which gives one a chance to enjoy a marvelous view that is hard to describe by words.
Join us for this challenge, the hiking trail is about 18 Km, Beginners, intermediate and experienced hikers are all welcome.

Hiking is a journey of not only daring yourself but of perseverance and encouragement where your hiking mates are your cheerleaders. Its a step towards conquering your fears and at the end of the day, the satisfaction is in Knowing that you made it to the other side, made friendships and though physically tired refreshed your mind.

We managed to conquer Nachu caves and the scenery was naturally fascinating. Accompanied by fun and laughter we made memories that will never fade.

We conquered the 7 hills despite the extreme winds the extreme winds that threatened to send us flying. However the wind kept us really cool because the unforgiving sun started flexing as early as 9am. The feel of victory on finishing the challenge was undescribable. The hills taught us even when you are at the end of your strength there is always something left to push your next step. Till the next challenge..Cheers！

This place has always been one of my favorite hiking go to places. Am awed by the perfectly manicured tree lines, larger than life bamboo trees at KEFRI. More so the serenity, beauty and immaculacy that comes with it. The serenity makes you forget that you are just a few KM from the Nairobi CBD.

Tucked away a few metres off Kahawa west we had a chance to unwind. A serene quite environment beautiful beyond imagination and to say we had loads of fun would be an understatement. The pool slides, the wild swing, the rope games and what could be better than having a huge bonfire under the stars and stories to match... We met as strangers but left as friends...
We will most definitely be back...
