Pamir Kyrgyz - ethnic Kyrgyz moved to the highland of Pamir in 16th century, looking for a better land to graze the cattle. The second wave of the Kirghiz migrated to the Pamir Highlands in the 1920s-1930s in order to avoid the expropriation of livestock after the support of Soviet power in Kyrgyzstan. They are living in Afganistan like in medieval times. No education, no medicine, no proper food with vitamins.

Hunting with golden eagle is widely spread in Issyk kol province of Kyrgyzstan. It is one of the best experience foreigners have in our country.

The hunting lasts usually an hour and consists of 3 parts:
-we get acquented with the hunter and his eagle
-training process with the skin of the fox
-hunting for the alive rabbit (can be excluded upon your request)
-eagle flies from the hill and lands on a hand of hunter right in front of you
After or before you can have a photo with eagle and hunter.
