උතුරු අක්ෂාංශ 07°04´14´´ හා නැගෙනහිර දේශාංශ 80°38´15´´ වේ.

මාර්ගය
1. මහනුවර > ගම්පොළ > උලපනේ හන්දිය > කොත්මලේ වේල්ල > වේල්ල පසු කර තවලන්තැන්න මාර්ගයේ 6.6 කි.මී. දුර ගිය විට පාරේ වම් පසින් දැන්වීම් පුවරුව හමුවේ. එතැන් සිට මීටර් 250ක් කුඹුරු යාය මැදින් යා යුතුවේ.
2. නුවරඑළිය දෙසින් එන්නේ නම් > තවලන්තැන්න > කොත්මලේ > කොත්මලේ වේල්ල දෙසට පැමිණීමෙන් ද ළගා විය හැක.

අලංකාර පරිසරයකි. සාම්ප්‍රදායික ලක්ෂණයන් දක්නට ලැබේ. පිහිල්ලෙන් දිය නාගත හැක. අපවිත්‍ර නොකිරීම වැදගත් දෙයකි.
