The associations between mental, emotional & physical health are well documented & not in dispute.

Spending a long time in the sitting position, looking at a screen, is not good for physical health affecting mental & emotional well being. This can have a detrimental impact on our lives as well as the service we offer to our guests.

For this reason, at the beginning of this Sinhalese New Year, we have started a calisthenics / yoga 🧘 work out for our office team. A fresh start!

Led by our very own calisthenics guru, Andrew💪 , today was the first class. It consisted of muscle tone exercises, meditation, breathing techniques & a wonderful shavasana. 🙏

Here is part of the office team - the smiles say it all 👍 😊 😊

We will continue so we are better physically, helping us manage our mental & emotionally wellness. This will lead to more smiles 😃 which may help us serve all our guests happily. 😃 ❤️

Located on Sri Lanka’s south coast these are a collection of 3 stunning villas.

This peaceful & ancient Temple is perched on a small hill close to Galle.

To the non Buddhist, Temples such as this are like cathedrals in Europe to the non Catholic. What they offer, if you allow them to, is the chance to connect with oneself in ways that perhaps our busy lives don’t always allow.

If you are unsure whether energy exists in all things then visit one of these places. Breathe deeply & notice how you feel.

Possibly you might feel a sense of calm & wellness. Allow yourself an inner smile. All is well. All will be well. Ahhhhhhhhh……..lovely.

There is a second pool into which kids of all ages, having hurtled down the 20m water slide, plunge. 7 luxurious suites sleeping up to 10 adults + 8 children this stylish villa comes with an exceptional Chef supported by a professional team.
Access to the beach is via the private gate situated in front of the yoga Shala. If all of that is not enough there is an internal cinema, table tennis, boules…..and the villa is a short drive from Hiriketiya.

“This villa is a slice of paradise. The staff were amazing, cleaning the rooms and infinity pool daily, and kept the grounds clean and tidy throughout the stay. The chefs food is delicious and he was able to cook both Sri Lankan and western dishes for us, at a very good price (cost of the food plus transportation only). The staff also provided us with drinks upon request throughout the day. We didn’t leave the villa for the entire 5 day stay which speaks volumes! We highly recommend the villa to any large group visiting the south coast of Sri Lanka”
