Casons Travel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticketing and Reservation Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of air ticket booking and reservation processes for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience, including outbound packages.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on flight schedules, fares, and ticket availability

Booking and issuing tickets for both domestic and international flights

Managing and updating the reservation system
Processing changes, cancellations, and refunds
Providing excellent customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction

Assisting customers with booking outbound packages, including flights, accommodations, and tours

Keeping updated with the latest travel industry trends and destination information to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Ticketing and Reservation Agent or in a similar customer service role

Knowledge of reservation systems and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information

Knowledge of various travel destinations and tour packages
