2 days trip toubkal

A two-day trip to Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa, is possible but would require some planning and preparation. Here's a possible itinerary:

Day 1:

Start early in the morning from Marrakech (or another nearby town) and drive to Imlil, the starting point of the trek.
Hire a local guide and mule to carry your luggage and start hiking towards the Toubkal refuge, located at 3207m altitude. The hike takes about 4-5 hours and involves a steep climb.
Once you reach the refuge, settle in, have some tea and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
In the afternoon, you can do a short acclimatization hike to a nearby peak, such as Tizi Ouanoums or Tizi Aguelzim.
Day 2:

Wake up early in the morning (around 5 am) and start hiking towards the summit of Toubkal. The ascent takes about 3-4 hours and involves some scrambling and snow (depending on the season).
Once you reach the summit (4167m), take in the breathtaking views and snap some photos.
Descend back to the refuge for lunch and retrieve your luggage.
Hike back down to Imlil and drive back to Marrakech (or another nearby town).
Note: This itinerary assumes that you have a good level of fitness and are accustomed to hiking at altitude. It's also important to bring appropriate gear, such as warm clothing, sturdy hiking boots, and a headlamp. Make sure to also drink plenty of water and eat enough food to keep your energy levels up.

The Kutubiyya Mosque is one of the most famous Islamic monuments in Morocco. It was built by the Almohad Caliph Abd al-Mu'min ibn Ali in the second half of the 12th century on the site of an old palace. The mosque underwent several renovations over time and collected the imprints of many different civilizations in its walls, architecture, inscriptions, and decorations, making it a witness to the country's history. Currently, the Kutubiyya Mosque is an Islamic landmark located in the heart of Marrakesh near the famous Jemaa el-Fna square. It is one of the most important mosques in Morocco and was named after the activity that used to take place in the nearby square, where calligraphers or kutubiyyin, as they are called in Morocco, used to gather to sell books and practice their craft. The mosque was of particular importance, as it served as a popular mobilization headquarters for the caliphs and princes who ruled Morocco, where the sultans' decisions were announced and the biggest events that changed the course of civilizations took place. The construction of the Kutubiyya Mosque began immediately after the conquest of Marrakesh in 1147. The Almohad Caliph Abd al-Mu'min ibn Ali ordered the construction of a great mosque on the ruins of the Almoravid stone palace. It took several years to build the mosque and decorate its magnificent minaret, which was not completed until the reign of Abd al-Mu'min ibn Ali's grandson, the famous Caliph Ya'qub al-Mansur. Most historians praised the mosque, considering it an exceptional mosque that had no parallel in the western Islamic world. The mosque was known for its architecture and grandeur, and it was a model to be emulated in Islamic architecture in North Africa. Several archaeological studies were conducted on its buildings and architectural components, which praised its architectural style. The architectural design of the minaret was greatly influenced by Andalusian art, which is distinguished by its Islamic-style decoration. The Kutubiyya minaret is similar to the minarets of Rabat and Seville, and the inhabitants of Marrakesh used to call it the Great Minaret because of its towering height. The color of the minaret of the Kutubiyya Mosque dominated the buildings of the city, which adopted a brown color from the upper part of the minaret's mastaba
