AGLAG BUTEEL TEMPLE, MONGOLIA
It is a Buddhist Temple located in Bornuur soum of Tuv Province, about 2-hours away from the capital, Ulaanbaatar. Getting to the temple and the peak would require a short hike. There were Buddhist statues and arts carved into the granite rocks found throughout the trails that loop around the mountain. These carved rocks are the work of the students and teachers from the Buddhist college. From the peak, I find the views to be spectacular despite the gloomy skies. Overall, it was well worth the travel time to visit the Aglag Buteel Temple. It was fascinating to see the carvings around

the mountain and the view from the peak was breathtaking even on an unpredictable weather, so you can only imagine how the whole park looks like on a perfect sunny day.

Tsonjin Boldog is located 55 km from Ulaanbaatar and the biggest project that was being implemented by "Genco tour" company. The statue in total is 40m high from surface erected at about 10 m high foundation and surrounded by columns. "The equestrian statue of Chinggis Khaan" is made by 250 tonnage steel. This is the largest equestrian statue in the World. Great Khaan is gazing into the distance and holding a golden whip in his right hand. The building consisted of 36 supporting columns, symbolizes 36 Great Kings. Also, there are military equipment of ancient Hunnu (Huns) and Great Mongolian State in attractive and newly opened museum.
