Go Wilderness Mongolia was established in 2004 to provide Expeditions and services to Youth Groups wishing to participate in a 'life changing' Expedition to Mongolia. The unique Wilderness and Nomadic lifestyle of Mongolia are fantastic for expeditions. get. Trips cost around $2000.00 - $2700.00 per person for a 21-28 day in country experience, depending upon the amount of travel included and the level of service requested. Mongolia is a huge country; approximately half the size of Europe and it typically takes 4-5 hours (or days drive!) to fly to the Western provinces. Expeditions tend to follow a well proven format:- A physically challenging true expedition phase followed by a Cultural / Community Project phase and finally a rest / relaxation phase. Expeditions in Mongolia can easily be combined with a few days in China or Russia and travel on the Trans Mongolia / Siberian Railway.
