Amsterdam Flavours Experience, onze locatie op het Amsterdamse Westergasterrein biedt u dé ideaal geschikte ruimte voor privé evenementen en exclusieve zakelijke bijeenkomsten zoals vergaderingen, brainstormsessies, productpresentaties, bedrijfsborrels of feesten. Daarnaast organiseren wij ook al jaren veel hoogwaardige en sfeervolle private en corporate even

Waar we ook met u zijn, wij zijn gefocust op het leveren van perfectie in ons werk en gaan maximaal mee met uw eigen unieke wensen, ideeën en eisen. En daar maken we met elkaar een onvergetelijk mooie ‘ervaring’ van. Amsterdam Flavours is ook een creatieve, energieke en inspirerende plek voor multifunctionele food concepten. De locatie is perfect voor vergaderingen, brainstormsessies, creatieve workshops, exclusieve privé ontbijten, lunches, high teas, diners (6 tot 60 zittende personen op de eerste verdieping en 6 tot 20 personen in de ruimte naast de keuken), borrels en walking diners (max. 120 personen). Voor cooking workshops, concept cooking, locatie verhuur, food styling, food fotografie en catering kun je ook terecht bij Amsterdam Flavours. Al deze activiteiten gaan hand in hand met de grote open keuken bij binnenkomst, via trap naar prachtige lichte loft op de eerste verdiepng met hoge ramen en uitzicht over het terrein. Naast de keuken bevindt zich een derde ruimte die ook als “winkel’ dient voor diverse interieur en keuken gerelateerde producten. Via deze ruimte kom je op een kleinere tweede vide. De locatie is ook te huur voor fashion, beauty, culinair/food styling, interieur, commercials, film/TV, tentoonstellingen, presentaties en boeklanceringen.

Kilos of cherry tomatoes. We semi dried half of the tomatoes in the oven with some thyme and garlic. The other half we put in glass jars with some olive oil, thyme, garlic cloves and a little Maldon salt and went in the oven for about 4 hours. Delicious for tomato sauces etc
