We made it the top of Shivapur peak. Thank you Ann-Marie & Craig for joining us.

The hike inside this park is perfect indeed and very new experience to all new hikers. Suitable for anyone with limited time, this hike to Shivapuri national park is a perfect getaway to experience the nature in its best for anyone. This walk provides one with pristine nature surrounded by its soothing fragrance and serenity that can be very healing from the torn and torture of the modern life. On a clear day the mountain views in the north and bird’s eye view of Kathmandu valley from the summit is extremely astonishing.

The park is very rich in its bio-diversity that spread over the summit. The floras include alder, Schima and Castanopsis at lower part and Rhododendron, Oaks and Pine trees at higher. The animals like Black Panther, Common Leopard, Wild Boar, Muntjac, Rhesus and Common Langur monkeys forms the main fauns of parks along with over 300 species of birds, which includes some endangered and rare species.

Team reached at Annapurna Base Camp 4120m today. Team camp in one of the few teahouses that are run at this cold, windy place often snowbound and enjoy tremendous views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above the sanctuary of the northwest and are literally ringed by the peaks and the glaciers of the Annapurna Himal including Annapurna I (8 091 m), Annapurna South (7 219 m) and the Fishtailpeak of Macchapucchare.

A journey to the Hidden Paradise. Last days me and my brother were in the Rolwaling Valley with the aim to double check accommodations for our upcoming Rolwaling trek in May. We enjoyed the unspoiled nature, the empty trails, the Tamang and Sherpa hospitality and the breathtaking views.

The Rolwaling trekking trails are nestled between Langtang and Everest Range in North East Nepal at an altitude of 4000 m. The trails offer tremendous views on some of the highest peaks in the world including Everest, Langtang and Gauri Shanker Mountains. On the way you come across pristine glaciers and snow-fed lakes. You also stumble upon the age-old Buddhist monastery of Na Gaon, where Guru Rinpoche is believed to have meditated for a long time. The tranquility of Tsho-Rolpa 4540 m can't be described in words. We are thrilled to go back to Rolwaling in a few weeks with friends to enjoy the raw and pristine beauty of this area once more. Do you also want to explore this of the beaten track in Nepal?
