Finally, we made it to the highest point of our trip, Muktinath, and the famous Bob Marley Cafe! The trip went absolutely according to plan. What an adventure, riding a Royal Enfield Himalayan motorbike through tarmac roads, rough roads, and exploring hidden trails with less traffic. On top of that, the super awesome crew was always there to cheer you up.

It is believed that the Reggae King Bob Marley visited Nepal in the 70s. Near the temple of Muktinath is his shrine, the Bob Marley Restaurant, where he is said to have rested. There is a stone plaque stating that Jimi Hendrix came to Jomsom.

Throwback to lovely memories with Jeroen Moser from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, who booked a tour with us last year (Riding Buddha - hills to jungle). Thank you very much, Jeroen, for trusting us. We are truly grateful to have you as a good friend and to share the incredible memories we made in Nepal. Heading to Muktinath on our route to Mustang Valley, we will ride on Nepal's longest and highest Suspension bridge ( 384 feet high / 117 meters high ) at Kusma. The ride will continue to Kalopani Lete for an overnight stay. The roads from Pokhara to Kalopani range from green foothills and paved roads to rough, muddy, and broken tarmac, making it an adventurous ride. Riding with a Royal Enfield Himalayan motorbike, which is perfect for Nepal's roads, we will pass through Pokhara, Kusma, Kalopani, Marpha, Jomsom, Muktinath, Jharkot, and Kagbeni in the lower part of the Mustang Valley.

Manang has a unique history rooted in the ancient trade routes that once connected Tibet with the lowlands of Nepal and India. This historical significance is reflected in the town's architecture, featuring traditional Tibetan-style stone houses and monasteries dotting the landscape. Nomadic Tibeto-Burman people, moving across the mountains hunting and gathering food, discovered and settled the valley centuries ago. For many years, the Manang Valley remained cut off from Kathmandu and Pokhara, only reachable by foot.

Manang is part of the Annapurna region and is one of the most famous trekking trails in the world. Nowadays, Manang is connected by roads, and the road conditions are therefore a mixture of tarmac, dirt, gravel, broken tarmac, sand, and rocks. This motorcycle tour is particularly adventurous and somewhat challenging, but it promises to be a lot of fun. Along the way, you will enjoy close-up views of the 8000m+ mountains, including Mt. You feel close to the Buddha in Lumbini, but that is not all. In addition to being spiritually uplifting, the Lumbini experience in Nepal is a historical and archaeological journey as you walk through centuries-old remains and structures.
