Mt Dhaulagiri view from p**n hill trek . Daulagiri is located in Nepal, is the seventh highest mountain in the world at 8,167 metres above sea level, and the highest mountain within the borders of a single country. It was first climbed on 13 May 1960 by a Swiss-Austrian-Nepali expedition. Annapurna I is 34 km east of Dhaulagiri.This peak is very popular among the eight-thousanders for expeditions. It lies northwest of Pokhara, an important tourist center. When Dhaulagiri I was discovered in 1808, it was thought to be the highest mountain peak in the world.

The eastern wing with ten courtyards is the oldest part dated to the mid 16th century. It was expanded by King Pratab Malla in the 17th century with many temples. Sundari Chok and Mohan Chok in the north part of the palace are both closed. In 1768, in the southeast part of the palace, four lookout towers were added by Prithivi Narayan Shaha . The royal family lived in this palace till 1886. They after shifted to Narayan Hiti Royal Place The stone inscription outside is in fifteen languages. The stone is a  (drinking fountain) and legend states that for someone who understands all 15 languages, milk instead of water would spring from it...

Ama-Dablam is a mountain in the eastern himalaya range of Nepal. The main peak is 6,812 metres (22,349 ft), the lower western peak is 6,170 metres (20,243 ft). Ama Dablam means "mother's necklace"; the long ridges on each side like the arms of a mother (ama) protecting her child, and the hanging glacier thought of as the dablam, the traditional double-pendant containing pictures of the gods, worn by Sherpa women. For several days, Ama Dablam dominates the eastern sky for anyone trekking to Mt. Everest Base Camp.
