Massive changes to the work conditions for partners of work visa holders on 31st May 2023.

Work visa holders will still be able to bring their partners/spouses to New Zealand. However, partners of work visa holders will be granted work visas with conditions - they will be able to work in any role and for any employer as long as the employer is an accredited employer and earn a median wage of $29.66.
