The Pool House is a modern self-contained guest house. We also live on the property however the pool house has its own private access for guests to come and go as they wish. It is the perfect starting point to do the big three, Hobbiton, Waitomo and Rotorua as day trips. Mount Maunganui and Raglan Beaches are just over an hour away. A short 10-minute drive to Cambridge has award-winning bars, restaurants, cafes, retail & boutique stores, including quaint antique shops. Also close by is the Tivoli cinema, supermarkets, Avantidome Cycleway and Lake Te Koo Utu & Lake Karapiro. Cambridge is also well known for its well-designed bike tracks and walkways (catering for all levels), and the Saturday Farmer's Market, which is a must-see. Cambridge is the perfect location if you travel the Central North Island, its location makes it easy to access all the attractions and activities. Hamilton is 10 minutes away from the Pool House in the opposite direction, with great shopping, amazing walks along the Waikato River and the World-renowned Hamilton Gardens which is a free attraction.
