Aware Wolf Self Defence is a local martial arts school based in Island Bay, Wellington, Aotearoa. All while having a ton of fun! Based around ancient & modern martial arts, adapted for the urban, 21st century, we focus on giving YOU the skills and mind frame necessary for keeping yourself and your family safe out in the world. We focus on techniques and teachings derived from;
Aikido, Jujitsu, BJ

J {Brazilian Jujitsu}, CQC + others...
Combining high quality, physical marital arts training with meditation and training in modern awareness techniques, we cover all aspects of self defence for individual and public safety. Qualified instructor Che Weston has many years of teaching experience across several industries and over 16 years of martial arts training and teaching experience. Che currently holds a San Kyu Grade in Bujinkan Ninjitsu {C.H Dojo} and Shi Kyu Grade in Aikido {Aikikai Found.}

Mixed/ male accessible classes are available upon request.
