Baler Pamilya Transient House - No Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2021 to Present

Thank you for choosing Baler Pamilya Transient House for your accommodation needs. Please read the following No Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Reservation and Payment:
• All reservations require a full payment at the time of arrival.
• Payments can be made through GCash, BPI, BDO.
2. No Refund Policy:
• Baler Pamilya Transient House operates on a strict no refund policy.
• Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, early checkouts, or no-shows.
3. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit payment.
• Cancellations made 21 days days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a rescheduling, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy:
• If you do not arrive at the property on the scheduled arrival date, without prior notice, the full deposit payment will be forfeited, and the reservation will be canceled.
5. Changes to Reservations:
• Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
6. Force Majeure:
• Baler Pamilya Transient House shall not be liable for any refund or compensation in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or any other force majeure event.
