Borongan 2023 Pageant will take place on October 7, 2023, at the Mayor's Office Conference Room, starting promptly at 9:00 AM. We kindly request that you wear a little white dress paired with heels, and please come with your makeup done. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that each participant is accompanied by only one (1) assistant during the in-person screening.
