Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ticketing Expert or in a similar role within the travel industry.
Proficiency in ticketing software and booking platforms.
Strong knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and global travel regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket issuance.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.
Adept at multitasking and working under pressure.
Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution System) is a plus.
Travel industry certifications or training is a bonus.
