My successful trip to Gondogoro La Pass in 2024!

Reaching the pass is a remarkable achievement, and I have unforgettable memories of the breathtaking scenery, the thrill of the trek, and the sense of accomplishment.

Gondogoro La Pass is a challenging trek, but the views of the four 8,000-meter peaks (K2, Broad Peak, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II) and the beautiful valleys and glaciers make it an exhilarating experience.

I took plenty of photos and enjoyed the local hospitality and culture.
I wish I many more adventures in the future! inshallah.....

- *Duration:* 20 days
- *Description:* One of the most challenging and rewarding treks in the world, the Gondogoro La Trek is an ambitious trekking holiday in the heart of the Karakoram range.
- *Location:* Starting point is Askoli Barldu River and Paju camp, Shigar Valley
- *Features:* After K2 base camp, you will cross a mountain pass (Gondogoro Pass/Gondogoro La) into another valley of mountains rather than returning via the same route to Askoli as you do in K2 base camp trek.
- *Requirements:*
You need enough stamina, endurance and climbing skills to cross the pass.
