Project implementation in Warsaw, Poland, in a multifunctional building. 🏙️
A raised deck terrace system was used on the balconies, which were finished with stoneware tiles. A private development with a whirlpool bath built into a wooden terrace. The volume of the whirlpool bath was hidden under the surface of the terrace, which was possible thanks to the use of a raised terrace, which was laid on pedestals to ensure the right height.
Terraces of this type make it possible to hide many installations, such as electricity, but also larger elements, such as large garden pots or just the whirlpool bath. 💆 💦 This avoids the problematic climbing up the steps to the whirlpool bath - a convenient descent from the terrace level is not only practical, but also aesthetically pleasing! 🥰🛀

An example of terraces on pedestals used in urban spaces. Both in Japan and around the world, raised terraces are becoming increasingly popular.
By raising the floor area, they provide excellent air circulation, which protects against moisture and mold.
In addition, in the event of heavy rains, water can be quickly and efficiently drained from the sidewalk surface, ensuring the safety of users and minimizing the amount of water lingering on the floor. 🌿✨

Another part of the project realization of the Hilton Hotel in Sofia, Bulgaria in cooperation with Wpc deckingdecking. RAPTOR pedestals were used in the realization, which are adapted for decking finished with boards. In the project they were composed with joists and composite boards 😍

We present one of the older projects-an example of using a terrace on pedestals in a restaurant garden space, in this case at the boulevard in Gdynia ⚓.

This is an optimal solution for creating a new space, because the floors laid on pedestals allow very fast installation ⏱️ (we do not have to wait for the glue to dry, as in the case of traditional terrace). In addition, the garden can be dismantled for the autumn-winter period and re-laid on the same supports in the summer. ❄️⛱️☀️

Another aspect is that the electrical wiring can be hidden under the surface of the terrace, making it easy to install light points to decorate the terrace. 💡 All these elements, along with an aesthetic finish, make a raised terrace an ideal solution for restaurants or catering facilities. 😋

Cities are increasingly creating and arranging public spaces that allow for casual meetings in the urban areas.
In this case, a raised deck terrace was finished with composite boards. They are easy to clean, but also resistant to damage, and because of the wooden look, they give a cozy and natural vibe.

Large-format ceramic tiles on the terrace of a private house in Finland. Slabs supported on DD Group's Standard Series adjustable terrace pedestals.

With large-format pavers (over 60x60 cm), an increased number of pedestals are usually used so that the weight of the paver is evenly supported. In such cases, the pedestals are positioned both at the corners, in the middle of the sides and, in the case of very large or fragile pavers, in the middle.

A hotel rooftop terrace in United States with a relaxation zone, created in a raised deck terrace system, finished with concrete slabs.

To maintain equal spacing between the pavers (replacing grout in traditional glued terraces), spacers can be used on the pedestals to create equal gaps of 3 or 5 mm. The most common standard gap spacer width is 3 mm - it is recommended for ceramic tiles. For concrete tiles, whose parameters for thickness and quality of edge finish may vary, 5 mm gap spacer is recommended.

Pedestals from the RAPTOR series are suitable for joists and planks, where the width of the joist can be used up to a maximum of 7.5 cm. They are characterized by step-height adjustment - from 15 to 245 mm. In the project composite planks have been used- easy to keep clean and resistant to weather conditions.

Realization of a raised deck terrace in a private house using our pedestals from the standard series. Finished with composite joists and boards - the easiest to keep clean and unchanged appearance for years.

If you care about easy cleaning and maintenance of your terrace, choosing composite boards is the best decision. They can be easily cleaned with high-pressure water, and sand or small leaves can be blown out from under the raised deck terrace structure.

Standard pedestals are the series most frequently chosen by our customers. They can be laid both under pavers and with joists, simply by using the appropriate accessories - for tiles or pavers, cross spacer that mark gaps between tiles of 3 or 5 mm, and for joists, an joist adapter.

Standard pedestals feature a wide height adjustment range (from 30 mm (1 3/16”) to 420 mm (16 ½”). It has a smooth height adjustment, which can be corrected by turning a nut. This simple, yet efficient method is not only time but also money saver. 💪💸

An additional advantage is the wide range of accessories that will solve most of the problematic issues, such as the 7% slope (in this case, a self-leveling head will be helpful) or the concealment of the terrace structure from the glass railing (it can be concealed with a side finishing closure plate).

Warm days are approaching fast, so this time we show a decidedly holiday project. Unusual, because it's a wooden raised deck terrace at the trailer.. 🏡

Many summer plots have caravans or campers set up, but the problem arises when large amounts of sand from outside are brought inside. 🌳 To eliminate this problem and create a cozy outdoor space, you can create a raised deck terrace!

In this case, tall pedestals from the MAX series were set on concrete blocks, and wooden joists and planks were laid on top of them. The level terrace creates an extension of the space, an ideal place to spend holiday days. ☀️

The latest project under construction, implemented through cooperation with our distributor Amark Group. 🤝 The terraces of the apartment building used our STANDARD pedestals with pavers.
More than 2,000 pedestals have already been installed on raised terraces overlooking the sea 💪 And who wouldn't want to enjoy such views from a durable and aesthetically pleasing terrace?

The implementation of the project thanks to the cooperation with Nowadeska.pl Deski kompozytowe WPC, which is the current construction of the Hotel! Or more precisely, a hotel with a Conference and Training Center in Wiselka, which is scheduled to open in the spring. And on the terraces? Our pedestals from the STANDARD series! 😍

As we have mentioned many times, the aluminum construction of joists under composite decking is a certainty of durability of materials and stability of the structure. The use of pedestals guarantees thermal insulation, easy drainage and durability for many years. 😎😎

In addition, underneath there is piping that can be freely hidden between the pedestals, under the boards - so nothing will distract us from enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and the greenery around. 🌳💦

Moszna Castle - specifically, its terraces by the stairs have been refreshed with new tiles. We are happy that our products were chosen for the historic (built in the 18th century 🏰) and very original project (the castle has 365 rooms!😯).

The stone pavers were laid on our adjustable standard series pedestals
(along with SBR granule pads) that can withstand loads of up to 1,100 kg, so they can easily handle the weight of not only the construction but also heavy tourist traffic. 🚶🚶🚶

Remember that in raised terrace technology we can finish the usable surface with both pavers (stone, ceramic, concrete) and planks on joists (wooden, composite or aluminum joists), and the spacing of pedestals depends on their size and thickness. In this case, we are limited only by our imagination 🧑‍🎨

One of the latest projects - created in collaboration with our distributor FARMESACO, with whom we had the pleasure of working to create the Fountain project for EXPO 2020 in Dubai, previously published here. 🤝

Today's project (also in Dubai) was created on aluminum joists, which are by far the best choice, as they do not become malleable when exposed to high temperatures 🌡️, thus maintaining their dimensions.

The raised deck terrace with STANDARD pedestals was finished with composite planks with a distinct wood grain, which contrast wonderfully with the tall, glass enclosure around the terrace.🏙️

Our former project with STANDARD pedestals. Terrace in a hotel in Baltic Sea Riviera, overlooking the forest and the sea 🌲🌊.
Adjustable pedestals together with wooden joists form the structure of a raised deck terrace, on which wooden planks have been laid.

Terrace pedestals will work well on terraces finished with terrace pavers as well as those finished with planks - here you can see a perfectly combined elevation with the color of the planks, which correspond with the surroundings. 😍

A huge advantage of the raised deck terrace system is the ability to run all installations under the usable surface- hiding cables or other visually unwanted elements affects the aesthetics and comfort of the terrace 🫶.

We present another series of our products - SPIRAL terrace pedestals. 🌀 These pedestals are characterized by a stepped-height regulation of about 1 mm. The series includes 11 pedestals, the height of which starts from 10 mm, reaching up to 210 mm. 📈

The SPIRAL series will work well for both tiles/pavers and joist finishing of terraces. To adjust the pedestals to the tiles, simply attach a gap spacer disc or gap spacers (3 or 5 mm wide). On the other hand, to adapt the pedestal to a terrace finished with boards, install a joist adapter on it, to provide additional stability to the structure. The pedestal allows you to position a joist with a maximum width of 80 mm.💪

In addition, a variety of accessories are available for the pedestals to customize them. 🧠 The self-leveling head allows you to level the slope, the rubber pad is used to level out uneven tiles and ensure acoustic comfort (even if sand gets between the tile and the pedestal), and the SBR pad provides insulation protection.

Today we present a project from 2020 using our MAX series pedestals, an unusual project of the finesse fountain of the EXPO 2020 pavilion of the United Arab Emirates in Dubai. 🌴 This project was only possible with our distributor FARMESACO😎
Adjustable pedestals can be used to create a fountain structure, because they are made of certified PP plastic and are resistant to water.💦

Wooden, natural terrace overlooking the forest... 😩😍

Construction made of wooden planks and joists, supported by our RAPTOR-series pedestals specially adapted for this type of terrace finishing 💪.

Raptor series pedestals are distinguished by their design, being step- adjustable (every 1 mm) from a height of 15 to 245 mm. Their great advantage is their strength (up to 1 ton of load per pedestal! 😱), mounting holes (so you can easily attach it to the ground) and drainage (the design ensures drainage of water from places where it could get stuck).

Additional accessories, for example, a slope corrector, allows you to compensate for a significant slope of the substrate (up to 7% 🤗), while leveling the usable area of the terrace. And the soundproofing and protection pad will provide acoustic comfort and protect the subfloor 🥰.
