PROJECT ALRIGHT ✈️ OFFLINE, SUMMER 2021

🌏 Global Volunteer program
🌏 SDG 5 Gender Equality

According to the official statistics, more than 35% women in the world have experienced domestic violence. This project is aimed to help women and their children recover emotionally and start a new life. Another focus of the project is prevention of domestic abuse by working with at-risk social groups and informing people about the problem. Let's finally make women feel alright.

YOU:

✅ have basic knowledge about it and ready to make impact

YOUR TASKS:

🔹Work in crisis centers and other non-profit organizations;
🔹Help workers with their daily work;
🔹Organize English lessons and leisure activities for women and their children;
🔹Organize lessons and increase awareness about domestic abuse and ways of preventing it.

WHAT IS AIESEC IN RUSSIA

AIESEC is international youth-running organization providing thousands young people with leadership experience by cross-cultural exchanges.

▪️Develop leadership in Russia from 1989
▪️ 15 AIESEC local committees in 13 cities around Russia
▪️ More than 1000 exchanges in 2019 with youth around the world
▪️ 3 types of internships:

🟠 Global Volunteer for active young people who want to impact on SDGs achievment: ecology, eduacion, gender and social equality, poverty and hunger problems, etc.

🔴 Global Teacher for young professionals who want to become a role model, teach others and improve themselves.

🔵 Global Talent for young specialists who want to get a professional experience and challenge themselves during an internship in a big company, in another country.

Now AIESEC in Russia develops three types of internships in different formats (offline and online projects) and also for youth - Russians or foreigners - who lives or study in Russia. We believe that leadership is for everyone and we're ready to provide it for everyone.
