In 2005, Boutique partnered with Singapore’s Ascott Group, the world’s largest owner/operator of serviced apartments and successfully launched Asia’s first Citadines property. To date, Boutique has expanded its portfolio to six operating properties in a short period of time, with a total of 715 hotel rooms in Sukhumvit, making us a leader in our segment. Boutique’s management team has extensive industry experience and in depth expertise in key aspects of real estate acquisition, project development and asset management. Boutique’s seventh project, Rain Hill, is the company’s first mixed-used development, to be launched on Sukhumvit Road. This newest development features retail and apartments targeted at the affluent community. Our goal is to further expand our portfolio both in Thailand and beyond our borders. We also aim to introduce more limited service concepts with leading global brands as well as continue to rollout our retail platform.
