It's one of the smallest bird with huge nest.
They usually stay around wetland areas.

It's one of the features on the uganda coat of arms.

They are called giraffes.
- You can deffrecient the male from the female by the dark spot the males have.
When it's a collection of many, they it's called a tower of giraffes.

- They have a gestation period of 15 months and give birth to one calf at a time. They also have a culture of giving birth in the same place.

- They also prefer to feed on Acacia trees and they do not focus on one tree but rather different trees. When feeding, they only feed on tall trees due to their nature. And when drinking water, they spread their front legs due to their nature ( they have long neck).

- When it's a collection of many, They are called a dazzle of zebras.
They are in the same family as the horses, accept that for them, they do not carry people because of their weak back.

They are known as the Impalas, and you can find them at lake mburo national Park.
- When it's a collection of many, it is called a herd of Impalas.
- They belong to the group of antelopes.
- You can only deffrecient a male from a female, by the horns on their heads. And one can only tell the age a male Impala by counting the number of rings on the horns.
- They also have a black mark on the buttocks in "M" like shape.

Note: That it was from these animals (Impalas) that one of the biggest city in Uganda got it's name, "Kampala".

LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK.
Lake mburo is known to be the smallest Savannah park in Uganda covering a total area of (371sqkm), found in the district of kirihura and shared by mbarara, situated in the western region of Uganda 240 km from Kampala.

It is estimated that 14% of the total land of the park is covered by the wetland system forming the ramsar side of Nakivali. It also holds a sologan known as "Whisper of the wild".

Lake mburo national Park is comprised of more habivorous (Animals that feed on grass or plants) than the predators,that is the leopard and spotted hynas which tend to be active in the night.
There are various attractions at lake mburo and these include:

- Wild life e.g Impalas, Zebras, Giraffes, Wathogs, Buffalos, Hippos and Waterbacks.

- Bird species e.g African fish eagle, Hamerkop, Grey Crane etc.

- Lake mburo

- Rwakobo rock
