How much did you know about Hyenas?

Hyenas are not members of the dog or cat families like some people think.
Hyenas are so unique that they have a family all their own, Hyaenidae. There are four members of the Hyaenidae family: the striped hyena, the “giggly” spotted hyena, the brown hyena, and the aardwolf (it's a hyena, not a wolf)

They are always labeled as scavengers and thought to feed on dead animals that other predators, like cheetahs and lions, work hard to hunt. But, they are extraordinary hunters in their own right, which means they are extremely dangerous.

It should be noted that it is undeniable that hyenas eat dead lions since they are mainly scavengers. Hyenas fight lions when the situation demands them to.
