A Hearty Welcome! Double Tree Tours and Travel provides travel and adventure packages to tourists primarily in Uganda and East Africa at large among which includes pre-arranged tours, custom and travel packages according to clients specifications, travel consultation, making reservations for hotels and lodging, Ticket booking & issuing, Visa processing, Travel insurance, Airport pick up and Drop Offs, Car rentals, On site tour guides, Restaurant reservation amongst other related services. Our Success is mainly attributed to our dedicated and experienced staff, excellent networking and effective management and marketing. At Double tree , we are committed at providing the discerning adventures on in-depth exposure to the beauties of the pearl of Africa. Our mission is to provide ‘ a home away from home’ feel at ease and comfort whilst availing our clients with the unforgettable experience of savoring and enjoying a safari experience in some of Africa’s most spectacular landscapes and being with some of Africa’s remarkable creatures. Our philosophy is grounded in the fact that most if not all wild life and nature conservation areas in Uganda have people living in them. These residents are poor, illiterate and live without clean water or reliable infrastructures. They lack proper understanding of the value of wild life since they do not derive direct benefit from the protection of wild life. They have it in mind that these areas are conserved for the rich and white races at their own expenses. Their own needs include natural resources like meat, poles, woods ,medication plants, grass and land for grazing and Agriculture. They experience problems from destruction of crops, spreed of diseases, destruction of domestic animals, cruel and or aggressive law enforcement thus the people lament and regret the parks existence. Against this background, Double tree tours and travel ltd has adopted a philosophy that includes creating natural resource conservation, educating the locals about the benefits of park reserves and animal protection, protecting their rights against cruel and aggressive law enforcement, reducing on the levels of epidermic diseases through proper sanitation by providing clean water to the community and making them feel that the areas around parks and game reserves are not only conserved for the rich or white races but also to benefit the locals as well and making our country a better place to live for every one. To manage and increase company liquidity by making accurate timely budgets and spending within the budget limits. To reduce delivery and distribution time of our products and services. To reduce the number and frequency of customer complaints in order to improve the response time of customer inquiries.
