I want to support you...From Belly to Baby My role as a doula is to provide physical, emotional and informational support to mothers and their partners during labor and birth. As your doula I will offer ideas on comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, movement and positioning. I may utilize massage, music, aromatherapy, visualization, breathing, and tips on positioning. I also assist famil

ies in gathering information about the course of their pregnancy and discuss options. Most importantly, I provide continuous emotional support and reassurance throughout the entire labor experience. My goal is to help you and your partner have the birth you desire and deserve. I believe that having a doula at your birth can truly make a positive difference. I'd love to talk with you and answer any questions you may have.
