Tim Walker, Managing Member, has extensive real estate acquisitions experience. He established and has owned The Home Ranger, LLC. Walker earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana – Monroe) in 1983. His past employment focused on construction, real estate and sales. In 2007, Mr. Walker completed Ron’ LeGrand’s “Masters in
Real Estate Investing Program,” which included training in the following areas:

- Paper Power - Entity Structuring
- Information & Internet Marketing
Mr. Walker is currently a student in Dave Lindahl’s “Wealthbuilders Gold Coaching Program.” Dave Lindahl is an accomplished real estate investor, who currently owns over 7,200 multi-family units across the U.S., and controls over $240 million in real estate. Dave is considered the nation’s leading expert in buying and selling multi-family properties. Tim and Beth Walker continue to expand their education and grow their real estate business by attending training workshops on various aspects of the real estate business, and applying proven methods used by successful real estate entrepreneurs. Through this association, they are able to network, partner, and receive coaching from real estate investors, who have successfully completed millions of dollars in transactions.
