Hello potential guests, we have a couple of items to bring to your attention about our beloved Bayview home for the safety and comfort of you and future guests. Bayview is a sweet old coastal cape, and she has a steep set of stairs to prove it. The bathroom and bedrooms are all located on the second floor, so the staircase is something to consider for anybody who may be physically challenged. We do require a security deposit for our home as we take pride in our furnishings and decor. We appreciate that our guests treat our home and belongings with the respect and care that a guest in a home should do. We have fabulous neighbors who all live within a very close distance. We all cohabitate with consideration of each other, so we ask that there are no loud disruptive events or gatherings at Bayview. We have placed guidelines in Bayview for operations and our preferred use of our home and furnishings. We are happy to provide 4 beautiful adult cruising bikes for your exploring pleasure. We provide locks for these bikes and ask you to use the locks while out exploring. The bikes are brand new and would love to keep them in tip top condition for future guests to enjoy.
