You will be calling and asking to extend your stay after you discover this lovely condo complex that feels so warm and friendly. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is super clean, tidy, and in excellent condition. The owner takes true pride in its condition. There's a new electric grill, new patio furniture, and a covered deck to spend your evening relaxing and having dinner. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed AND a twin top and a full lower bunk bed. The kitchen is big and opens to the dining/living area. There is a new flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace, cable and internet are included. There is a 10 x 24 boat dock included as well as on-site trailer parking. Boat ramp on site, there is a minimal fee for boat trailer parking. Mile marker 13 off the Niangua Arm.
