I have a special visitor at my house! :D It's none other than The Wilderness Center's own ambassador, Barnaby the Eastern box turtle! He will be helping me to sell my photography at our church's Joy to the Arts event this Friday ( November 13th, 11 am- 7 pm) and Saturday (November 14th, 9 am- 4 pm)! Drop by New Vision UCC on Market Avenue in Canton to meet Barnaby... and maybe walk away with a postcard, a set of wildlife notecards, or a bookmark or two! :D I will have Barnaby items and much more, featuring our beautiful wildlife and fall nature scenes.

Barnaby's Corner at The Wilderness Center: Your source for box turtle merch that's as unique as our mascot! :)

Today I received a BIG box o' Barnaby! I now have everything I need for Barnaby's complete fall line: framed 8 x 10 photos, photo notecards (both pre- printed and hand- crafted varieties), notebooks, mouse pads, bookmarks, 4 x 6 photos in magnetic frames, small magnets (using the wallet photos- not yet assembled), and gorgeous postcards!
Barnaby is the charismatic Eastern box turtle who's celebrated for his role in teaching hundreds of school kids. He's on display at The Wilderness Center and can sometimes be seen walking the trails with his personal assistant (that would be me).
These photos also represent what I can do for you or your organization. I offer these products for sale with any pet photo shoot! :) I use the term "pet" loosely. I will take pictures of your education animals, rescue animals, sanctuary residents... or even your spouse and kids. ;)

Tonight I started working on my Animals of Ohio glitter note card sets. Each comes with 4 cards, featuring a mammal, a bird, a reptile, and an amphibian. Each pack will have a slightly different assortment. These were made for Joy to the Arts at New Vision UCC in Canton... an event taking place this Friday (the 13th) and Saturday! :)

Some subjects are a LOT more challenging than others... such as Piper the juvenile meadow vole! :) Still this was well worth the effort. She has the most adorable face!

This is my favorite time of year! :) The colors are absolutely brilliant. It is such a magical feeling to walk through the woods in mid- autumn.
