We currently have a rental for Summer Bay Resort in Orlando Florida, Unit 501-304 for week 26 which is Friday to Friday check in for this timeshare. 07/01 to 07/08! 3 bedroom /2 bath Looking to rent this week out for $1750 plus Refundable $250 security deposit! Also have Summer Bay- Orlando Villa Unit 107-101 week 40(10/07 to 10/14) 2bedroom/2bath for $1050 week plus $250 Refundable security deposit. And lastly Summer Bay Orlando- Summer Isles Unit 406-204 week 13 (04/01 to 04/08) for $1050 week plus the Refundable $250 security deposit! If anyone is interested in renting one of the 3 I have available please do not hesitate to message me! They are all in close proximity to Disneyland from my understanding (so I have been told by the sales agent) when booking I require contracts to be signed and 50% payment down plus security deposit (which is held in an account until.after check out and released back within 15 business days) and the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in. Prices include everything except for $1000 Refundable security deposit. At time of booking 1st month is due and security deposit. and contract will be signed, the remaining balance is to be paid monthly by the 25th. Payment schedule is as follows:
• Security deposit & February rent is due upon booking.
• March’s month of rent is due by: 02/25/2022
• April’s month of rent is due by: 03/25/2022
• The Week of May Rent can be paid at any point or time but is to be paid before 04/25/2022
The condo is Oceanfront Condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC that sleeps up to 6 people. The condo has 2 private wrap around balconies with one being off the master bath. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, One bedroom w/king bed(Master Bedroom), living room with eating area with also full size Murphy bed & a queen size sleeper sofa. Some of the many perks of staying at our place are pretty awesome!
• Has onsite DUNKIN' DONUTS!
• Free Daily Blockbuster Movie Rentals, so you can relax and unwind with a great new movie and have a family night in.
• Small dog’s under 45lbs are allowed as long as they are potty trained and crate trained. You will be responsible for cleaning up their f***s from the properties grass and disposal. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $250.
• Has onsite poolside bar that serves frozen drinks and cocktails from the Outdoor pool
• Heated Indoor Pool
• 200ft Heated Indoor Lazy River
• 16-person Indoor Hot Tub
• Indoor Kiddie Pool && Outdoor Kiddie Pool the Littles will love because of the mushroom water Fountain!
• FREE WATER PARK TICKETS! Upon arrival every guest in your party will receive free water park tickets ad a courtesy from the hotel. They can be used during your stay at Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.
• All guests play free putt-putt at Lost Mine Miniature Golf Course, everyday until 7PM. They are located just. Few blocks from the resort.
• The kids will absolutely love all of the daily activities the resort has available including Shark-Tooth Hunts, Pool-Side Games and Arts & Crafts.

I have a rare opening that just came available!asking $1000 for the week! July 2, 2022 through July 9, 2022. 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in the Links Golf and Raquet At North Myrtle Beach. The townhouse is second floor level with private balcony over looking the lake. The master bedroom consit of a king size bed with master bath. The second bedroom is 2 twin beds. This unit will sleep up to 6 people and also has a pull out sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator and extra bedding and liens are provided. The resort offers lots of amenities including a golf course and tennis court. Their pools are open year round and are heated for those cool nights. Check in is at 4pm on Saturday and check out is at 11 am Saturday. Can provide proof of ownership if requested. There is a $250 security deposit required and will be returned upon departure.
