After 25+ years, a changing schedule and circumstances that are beyond our control, we have decided that we will no longer be able to process deer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This was a very difficult decision for us to make and we appreciate your understanding. We would like to thank all of our customers who have done business with us over the years. At this time I can not recommend any other processors. I would highly suggest that wherever you decide to have your deer processed, always ask to see the cutting/prep area and make your decision on the cleanliness. Thank you once again .

This weekend is going to be a warm one for the early hunt! Just a reminder of how fast your deer can spoil in warm weather. Pack the cavity with bags of ice as soon as its field dressed & get it into processor asap. Happy hunting!

Hopefully only 1 more day of this warm weather for hunters. Remember to gut, rinse, & cool the deer as soon as possible. Bacteria multipies rapidly in this warm weather and can spoil the meat quickly. If you cant get it in right away, its best to pack the rinsed cavity with bags of ice & lay on a cement floor.
