In the spring, these vines are covered in white, extremely fragrant flowers. The sea breezes flow down the canal and right through the home - nature's perfect air freshener! Also on the patio is an outdoor kitchen complete with Big Green Egg grill/smoker/oven (gas grill available on request), a four person patio table, and outdoor shower for rinsing off from the pool or boat. Moving inside, you will find a kitchen that will delight even the most demanding of chefs. Stainless steel french door refrigerator, stainless double ovens, farm sink, built-in stainless 18' Bosch dishwasher, and cooktop stove. Butcher block island and plenty of kitchen accessories. If you aren't into cooking on vacation, we can recommend a myriad of restaurants and bars (including delivery) in the area that will not disappoint! In the living room, you will find a 65' flat screen Samsung LED HDTV and full surround sound (also extends sound to patio). Also included are approximately 200 DVDs (in a changer), DirecTV HD tv channels and Apple TV (pay service). Free guest access WIFI is also available throughout the home and outside coverage as well. The living room features a very large couch, and a loveseat that converts to a sofabed. The Florida room has glass from wall to wall overlooking the patio and the canal. Facing the glass doors is a leather recliner couch and reclining leather love seat for relaxing and taking in the occasional dolphin or manatee swimming in the canal. In the rear of the home, also overlooking the canal, you will find yourself in a large master bedroom complete with a California King Sleep Number bed facing the water. There is also a linen sleeper sofa facing the canal for your viewing pleasure. From the master bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower, bidet (direct from Japan - with instructions) and a glass door exit to the pool and patio. In the first bedroom, the Nautical Room, you will find a set of bunk beds (single over full) and a desktop computer and printer for your use. In the second bedroom, the Sunset Room, there is a king size Serta Comfortrest bed. A full laundry room with stackable front loader HE washer and steam dryer are available for your use as well. The home is controlled by a Nest thermostat and can be programmed to your liking prior to your stay. Throughout the property outdoors, you will find a dazzling array Florida native trees, shrubs, and flowers. Depending on the time of year, you may have fresh Key Limes, Meyer Lemons, Pink Variegated Lemons, Acerola Cherries, Olives, etc.
