Ladies and Gentleman and Smizmars, thank you for coming to the page! My name is Trevor, I am an amateur blacksmith trying to get the business up and running and learn as I go. I am a 35 year old medically retired veteran and I don’t do well in “the real world”. This is one of my ways of being self-sufficient, of being a productive member of society again. That is very important to me, and this is
a way for me to help support my own home and be less of a burden to the society that is helping us get by. As to experience level, I will be completely honest, I have minimum experience. I have learned a lot, though, and I have learned most of it through doing. Some of it I learned by watching other people’s videos and reading through forums, but mostly, as with most things in life, theoretical knowledge helps, but until you start doing, you don’t really understand it. I am at the doing, and to be honest, screwing a lot of stuff up phase. I am going to do a lot more wrong than I do right to begin with, and that is the way it normally goes. So, you are going to get to see my failures up front, and you are going to get to grow with me, and learn with me, until we start producing some pretty amazing things. Because I have some very simple but really awesome ideas that I want to get started, and I’d like to take you along with me. If you see me doing something that you think is dangerous, that you think is wrong, or counterproductive, throw me a “hey buddy”, you might want to think about this, or that was really dangerous because. I am totally willing to learn and I will absolutely poach your experience to get better in life. I like sharing information like that, just don’t be a condescending jerk. A side note for the trolls, you will be identified, you will be tracked, you will be caught, and you will be given ECT. And hey, I will even make a video about that too.
