A gas grill and a charcoal grill are provided for cooking en plein air. With the large outdoor deck and summer dining porch, the house is a great place to entertain. The Middletown, NY, train station (for NJ Transit) is 40 minutes away; scheduled bus service in Ellenville is 15 minutes away by taxi. The house is just minutes from great hiking and the best hang-gliding on the east coast. Just a bit further are amazing rock-climbing, mountain-lake swimming, farmer's markets, summer theater and golf. We regret that the house is not equipped for wheelchair accessibility.
