This past week we made a fresh batch of vanilla bean infused honey. This is our favorite of all the infused honeys we make. It’s time-consuming to scrape the vanilla beans but so worth it to achieve that natural fresh flavor only real vanilla beans can provide.

OPENING DAY: Friday, December 3rd!

Timberline Mountain will open for the season this upcoming Friday! After a terrific Preview Weekend, operations will be suspended for the week. Our team will use this time to continue snowmaking and grooming, as well as fine-tuning other areas of our operation. We’re excited to welcome you back on December 3rd for what’s sure to be an incredible season!
