Wide doorways and hallways for handicapped accessibility. Roomy tri-level, covered front/rear decks with great views of the gulf from the furnished front screened deck with porch swings. Furnished private pool and heated hot tub, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, park-style charcoal grill and covered/exterior fish cleaning station with sink, electronic whole house water purification system, tropical landscaping, and multi-car covered concrete parking with large turnaround drive for easy access. Located on the SGI bike/walk path and 185 yards from the beach. Allows dogs under 20 lbs.

This could get quite interesting early next week. I was not expecting a projected Cat 2 hurricane forecast. This thing is suppose to bring A LOT of rain, they say up to 2ft. Prayers for everyone in it's path. It's Hurricane Season 2024, strap on your big boy pants.

if your a beachgoer, you GOT to have one of these things. They ARE the BOMB....The SHIBUMI. With the winds we have on the island, they are ideal for shade cover at the beach. They are light to carry in a small compact bag, and they come in a GIGANTIC size called the CLASSIC....Only advice is, DO NOT try and bend the rods to deep or they will break. BUT, these are SUPER easy to setup and GREAT for beach lovers. Worth every penny.

Favorite memory: Family time, Beach Walks, toes in the Gulf, Pool time, Morning coffee on the deck, Peace & Quiet.

Message: Our second visit to Top Gun. As always an enjoyable experience, enjoyed the hot tub, the pool, fishing in the gulf. 3 Medium pompanos feed a family of 8 prepared on the barbecue, can't get fresher fish than that !! Didn't go in the sea very far as a 9ft Hammerhead Shark was caught just a few hundred feet from where we were ! I saw a bunch of dolphins too and enjoyed Paddy's raw bar and the Blue Parrot - Mango Mikes needs new management and/or cooks. Hoping Harry A's will re-open for more evening choices. Thanks for providing us with your place.

Im headed back down to the island next week to make some more new additions/updates, and to take some time off and relaxation, and to go around and visit with my long time local friends and neighbors. Just want to kick back and enjoy the island life of doing nothing.

Just a note to renters:

Many of the window cranks on windows in the home have been removed because renters have been leaving them open and unlocked when not in use. This has caused some issues with the windows. Your help in keeping the remaining windows closed and locked would be GREATLY appreciated.

Message: Loved our stay !! Comfortable beds, great atmosphere. We had pool time and beachtime - a few really windy days & 2 gloomy/rainy - but overall a wonderful spring break. We love the room set-ups / lay out.

The house was awesome. Location was great. Gulf Shores was better for the walks & sun. Fishing was not so great due to weather and wind. Despite that I wouldn't change much in memories and experience. It's always hard to leave this place. Hopefully see you next year ! I recommend the Blue Parrot. The popcorn shrimp is great. Sugar Kingdom is amazing but supervise your kids or they'll go crazy ! and seashell finding is so much fun especially after the rain

I love this house great location, would stay again just be careful lots of steps that are hard to notice ! pretty good view and in the night you can here the waves.
