Our poblano peppers are doing great! I have never grown them, but they are delicious! I am looking forward to firing, stuffing, and freezing these babies for a quick chili relanos meal! Do you grow poblano peppers? If so, how do you preserve them?

Just put up 9 quarts of green beans. We snap, vacuum seal and freeze our unwashed green beans! They thaw super quick since they don’t have any liquid or air around them. We rinse them off and put them in the instant pot with bacon, onion, and potatoes to enjoy fresh tasting green beans year around!!! How do you preserve your green beans?? , , ,

We finally got around to pulling our carrots today! We are so excited and thankful for this harvest! I use carrots when I make soup, chicken pot pie, add them to my roasted meat dishes, and of coarse in salads! Do you like carrots? If so, how do you like to use them?

I obviously have a vision problem that includes not being able to see low contrast objects! It’s shred time!!!! Do you miss the zucchini hiding within your huge lush plants? If so, what do you do with them??? I have some new ideas using my freeze dryer. I would love to hear from you!!
