Boats made it through the worst part of Debby last night with no problems. Still heavy mist blowing sideways, and we may get brief heavier rain this afternoon, but it should be uneventful. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 to those who were hit harder.

One of the few times I was glad to be on the bridge instead of under it on a boat! Offshore buoy is registering seas at 10.2’ with a 7 second period.

Going to be a colorful day in the neighborhood. Boat monitoring system keeps me posted with the bilge pumps doing their jobs. Trip to Jax & then a trip to the marina to check on the boats.

If this hat could talk…first No Limits hat from 12 yrs ago when I started the charter biz. It’s NOT a product of the “distressed-look” fashion that comes with a $$$ price tag. Been baptized in salt from sweat & the ocean, stained by engine oil & bilge grime while being bleached by the sun. Every frayed thread has been earned with memories and storms.

Fun sightseeing charter yesterday with repeat guests. Always nice to catch up with returning guests since their last trip. Weather was great with just enough NE breeze to keep cool. Wild horses of Cumberland were everywhere on the Southern tip of Cumberland Island.

Had a great time yesterday on board Follow That Dream Sailing! As a charter captain, I’ve been caught in challenging winds & seas many times, but Capt Bud & Capt Mir kept the boat extremely comfortable the entire trip. If you want to experience our area on the water, but are afraid of giving it a try, their catamaran sailboat is a very stable platform.
