Our pool was cleaned out today and a temporary fence installed. Making progress!

As you can see in the previously posted pics, our house was severely damaged but is still standing. We are still deciding the path forward but have arrived at 2 basic options. They are:

1. Elevate the existing home, slab and all, well above the base flood elevation, make some modifications to make the interior of the home more functional then repair the existing damage.

2. Demo the existing house and build a new elevated home.

Which option do you prefer?
